On Nov. 24, the Procuratorate assigned its Bijie Branch to investigate the case for prosecution, but, on Dec 20, the Branch sent it back to the National Security Bureau for complementary inspection. After it had got the case again on Jan. 12, 2006, the Procuratorate Branch submitted its prosecution statement to the Middle People\u2019s Court of Bijie Prefecture on Feb. 9, 2006.<\/p>\n
