Honorary Presidents
Mr. LIU Binyan, the founding president of ICPC, a prominent author and journalist in exile, was elected as Honorary President in ICPC’s 2nd internet General Meeting in October 2005.
Dr. LIU Xiaobo, a former president of ICPC and imprisoned writer in China, was elected as Honorary President in ICPC’s 4th internet General Meeting in October 2009.
