The Bratislava II District Court ordered Ringier Axel Springer, the publisher of Nový Čas to apologize to Supreme Court Judge Daniel Hudák.
The Bonnano case is about the publishing of a photo series in the Nový Čas newspaper, showing a private meeting of well-known lawyers and judges, as well as the the Judiciary Oscars Association, in the Bonanno bar in Rajecké Teplice in autumn 2010.
